主辦方香港律師會／Wow Service Company Limited向你收集個人資料，以處理你就「法律周2025問答比賽」的報名事宜、收集活動相關數據供主辦方就未來活動作相關規劃; 以及就你的登記跟你溝通及任何就以上相關事宜之用。除非另有説明，否則你所提供的個人資料只作上述用途。請注意，你必須提供所需的個人資料。如你未能提供，主辦方可能無法處理你就「法律周2025問答比賽」的報名事宜。你所提供的個人資料，有可能向主辦方所委託的獨立承辦商披露。該獨立承辦商負責管理「法律周2025問答比賽」專題網站及協助主辦方處理「法律周2025問答比賽」的報名事宜。

Personal Information Collection Statement
The personal data collected in the process of registration (the “data”) will be used by the Law Society and/ or Wow Service Company Limited (the “Organiser”) for registration of 法律周2025問答比賽 (“the competition”), making logistical arrangements, and other related purposes. The data may be provided to such persons within the Law Society and/ or Wow Service Company Limited whose proper business is to process your registration of the competition, and may also be provided to other persons who may facilitate the Organiser to carry out the purposes mentioned above. Any data that is provided to anyone outside of the Organiser will be restricted to what is necessary to achieve any intended purposes. You have the right to request access to and correction of the data. Any such request should be addressed to the Secretary General, The Law Society of Hong Kong, 3/F, Wing On House, 71 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong. The Privacy Policy Statement of the Law Society is available on its website at www.hklawsoc.org.hk.
活動照片和/或影片使用聲明
參加「法律周2025問答比賽」活動，即表示您允許香港律師會及其合作單位可能會對您進行拍照、攝影並對影像內容進行再加工，或以其他的方式獲取包含您的形象、姓名、聲音，以及任何包含或涉及以上內容的影音素材(以下統稱為「素材」)。 上述素材將可能會在當前或今後於各媒體平台中用於內部記錄、教育、宣傳和推廣等用途，包括但不限於香港律師會網站、社交媒體平台和出版物等宣傳材料。如果您的未成年子女參加活動，即表示您允許律師協會將您子女的圖像用於上述目的。
Statement on Use of Event Photos and/or Videos
The Law Week 2025 events may be photographed, videotaped, screen captured and/or video recorded for the Law Society's records and/or promotion of future events. By participating in the event, you and any accompanying person(s) (where applicable) consent to be photographed, videotaped, screen captured and/or video recorded, and permit the Law Society to use such image(s) for internal records, educational and marketing purposes, including promotional materials such as, but not limited to, the Law Society's websites, social media platforms and publications. In the case where your minor child(ren) take(s) part in the event, you give permission to the Law Society to use your child/children's images for the aforesaid purposes.
